Image stitching has been upgraded to use phase-aligned tile placement with feathered linear blends across overlaps, replacing the previous hard-coded overlap patching. The new approach follows Fiji's grid stitching implementation and produces smoother, more accurate composites for both Cephla and CQ1 imaging systems.
