Plate and well thumbnails now reflect the actual state of image generation instead of all looking like the same grey placeholder.
Details
- In-flight images show a "Generating..." indicator.
- Failed loads show a clear error with a Retry action.
- Images that could not be generated show "unavailable" and point to support, instead of silently failing.
