A new Operator Action page lets you create, submit, cancel, and reject reagent plate requests with status badges and row-level actions. The fulfillment workflow matches loaded reagent plates to submitted requests, shows diffs for review, and supports auto-match with optimistic-mismatch auto-accept. A detailed modal provides an overview of each request with an interactive microplate preview and JSON payload view.

A new Owner filter on the cultures page lets you narrow plates by who owns them. Select any organization member from the dropdown, and matching plates appear instantly. The active filter shows as a pill in the filter bar (e.g., "Owner is Yang"), making it easy to track your own work or review a teammate's plates across large plate sets.
