On-prem users working with Keyence (BZ) microscopes can now save and reuse metadata presets when setting up ingestion. The new Presets tab remembers previously entered plate barcodes and magnification values and generates a consistent dataset folder name.

Generated values are available as copy-to-clipboard fields with instant feedback, and the form guides you with clear validation and loading states so presets are quick and reliable to reuse.

Monomer now supports ingesting data from the Yokogawa CQ3000 high-content microscope, including its display name, category, and icon throughout the app. Dataset summaries for CQ3000 acquisitions now include montage details, so it's easy to see what was captured at a glance.
