Plate Selection: Shift+Click Now Shrinks Selections

Shift+clicking a well on the plate page now shrinks the current selection rectangle the same way arrow-key selection does, instead of only ever expanding it. This makes it faster to fine-tune a selection without needing to restart it from scratch.
