Pan-and-zoom, culture lineage, custom views, notifications, and favorites are now on by default for every org that hasn't explicitly set a preference. These features have been broadly available for a while; this update simply ensures new and existing orgs get them without needing to opt in. Orgs or users with an explicit setting are unaffected.
