Cytation runs that produce an empty or malformed _DATA.csv previously blocked ingestion. The agent now reads plate dimensions from the result file when available and falls back to the instrument metadata file when it isn't, so these datasets ingest successfully with the correct plate format.
Wells with missing measurement values are excluded rather than recorded as zero, keeping downstream analysis honest, and genuinely invalid files now surface clearer validation errors.
