The on-prem agent now tracks forward progress through each stage of the ingestion pipeline (processing and publishing) and reports a Healthy / Degraded / Blocked status through its health check. Because it measures actual forward progress rather than dataset age, a slow-but-healthy pipeline won't raise false alarms, while a pipeline that has silently stalled is surfaced quickly — so data delivery issues get caught and resolved before they pile up.
